Pilates and Yoga is avaliable in our studio above the clinic. Below is information provided by our instructors.


Learn the essentials of this unique style of conditioning, along with yoga exercises to complement pilates techniques. This combination will help you to:

.   improve core strength and can help reduce back problems

.   generate freedom of movement through increased spinal mobility

.   increase pelvic and hip stability

.   improve flexibility and posture, and

.   increase general body strength.

Class information

Mondays: 6:10 pm and 7:25 pm

Thursdays: 6:10 pm

Teacher: Janine Robertson, Dip RM, Dip L&L, accredited in Pilates, group fitness.

Cost:  $10/class casually or $80 for ten classes

Dru Yoga

Yoga is great for maintaining health and balance in body, mind and spirit. Relax, recharge and live your life to the fullest.

Class information

Tuesdays: 6:00 – 7:20 pm                  

Teacher:  Linda Charnock                   

Cost: $18 Casual or enquire for term pricing​

Bring:  Yoga mat (spares available), water bottle, light blanket.
