About Counselling

Counselling may help with a variety of issues including:

  • Relationship issues

Counselling also works with couples and generally recommends meeting each person individually before embarking on couple counselling together. This approach ensures that each person’s voice and perspective is brought to the couple work.

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
